Fagor Combi Oven Free Install Promotion

1. Promotion Period

  • This promotion is valid for purchases made between 1st April 2025 and 30th June 2025 (EXTENDED).

2. Offer Overview

  • Free standard installation by a Federal Hospitality Equipment qualified technician.
  • Free site inspection conducted by a sales representative if required judged by Federal Hospitality Equipment.
  • Free commissioning, including initial setup and functionality check.
  • Free on-site training conducted by a corporate chef.
  • Free consulting and equipment selection guidance.
  • Free 1L Combi Clean & 1L Combi Care (provided by Federal Hospitality Equipment).

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Offer applies only to new Fagor units (excludes ex-demo, clearance, and second-hand ovens)
  • Offer is valid for commercial customers located in eligible metro areas within Australia. (Customers in ACT required pre-approval before being eligible for the promotion.)
  • Purchase must be made through an authorised dealer
  • Photos must be provided of the site to confirm the location meets installation requirements in 4.1 Site Readiness
  • A Federal Hospitality Equipment representative may conduct a site inspection if required judged by Federal Hospitality Equipment.
  • Free Connection must be booked and completed within 30 days of payment or order confirmation.
  • Federal Hospitality Equipment will complete a pre-connection checklist and check to make sure the customer meets all service requirements to qualify for free connection.
  • Federal Hospitality Equipment reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and eligibility.
  • Free Connection is only for Metro areas.

5. Installation Terms

  • To qualify for free installation, the following conditions and service requirements must be met prior to installation:

5.1 Site Readiness

  • Site must be water-ready and power-ready, with all services located within 1 metre of the installation point.
  • The combi oven needs to be on the stand and be in position before installation begins.
  • A current water filter must be purchased from Federal Hospitality Equipment and be on-site for installation to proceed. If an existing water filter is to be used, a brand new cartridge must be installed and flushed.

5.2 Power Requirements

  • An appropriate power isolation switch must be installed within 1 metre of the combi oven location
  • The oven is supplied with a power cable only; it does not include a plug.
  • The unit can be: o Hard-wired by a licensed electrician, or o Plugged for an additional charge
  • Customers are responsible for confirming with a licensed electrician that their switchboard, cabling, and isolators meet the oven’s power specifications

5.3 Water Inlet

  • A cold water connection with a ¾ inch BSP fitting must be located within 1 metre of the installation site
  • Water pressure must be between 250 kPa – 600 kPa
  • If chloride levels exceed 25 ppm, a reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system is required to protect the oven’s internal components

5.4 Waste Outlet

  • A suitable waste drain point must be located behind or near the oven
  • For floor models (e.g. 20- or 40-tray), an in-ground tundish-style waste may be required
  • Refer to the relevant Fagor installation guide for exact specifications

5.5 Extraction

  • A compliant commercial kitchen canopy or exhaust system is required above the oven
  • This is mandatory for gas ovens to ensure ventilation safety and compliance with health regulations

5.6 Access & Environment

  • Delivery paths must be accessible and allow safe transportation of the oven
  • The installation area must meet all local safety codes, support the oven’s weight, and provide sufficient ventilation
  • Installations may be delayed or cancelled if the site is unsafe or unprepared

6. Exclusions

  • Offer is not valid in remote or regional areas, unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, special pricing, or discounts
  • Additional costs incurred due to site non-compliance, upgrades, or rescheduling are the customer’s responsibility
  • Federal Hospitality Equipment reserves the right to decline installation if site conditions do not meet the criteria above

7. Proof of Purchase

  • Customers may be required to provide a valid invoice or receipt to confirm eligibility. Purchase date must fall within the promotional period.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Federal Hospitality Equipment is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the use or installation of the product. This promotion does not affect any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Force Majeure

  • Federal Hospitality Equipment will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Privacy

  • Customer data collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Federal Hospitality Equipment’s Privacy Policy, available on request or via our website. Data will be used only for the purposes of administering this promotion and after-sales support.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Right to Modify or Withdraw

  • Federal Hospitality Equipment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. The company may substitute any included service or item with one of equal or greater value where necessary.

13. Agreement to Terms

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
